Shipping

Small items, like the TP holders, ship via USPS Priority Mail and larger items, like curtain rods, ship via FedEx and UPS Ground. Please indicate if you need an expedited shipping service for your order.

Inquiries regarding lost or missing orders in transit or after the courier confirms delivery will be considered for reimbursement up to 30 days after the ship date.

Returns

We will gladly accept returns on standard orders of $300 or less that are unused. Return requests must be received within 7 days (national) or 10 days (international) of receipt of merchandise.

Please note you will be responsible for all shipping costs and as each item is handmade to order, there will be a 15% restocking fee.

Faulty or defective items will be replaced.

Expedite

Chances are hardware is the last thing you ordered, or even you forgot it. We get it and will try to work with you within your timeline. We can expedite orders for an expedite charge. Let us know and we’ll try our best to accommodate your needs. Please contact us here

Lead Times

All items are cut, polished and made to order for every customer. We like being able to offer clients custom lengths and a variety or finishes, but as such, production time for large orders can take a few weeks.

Please note, processing times do not include the time your order will spend in transit, which varies according to how far away its destination is.

When it comes to lucite care, we say keep it simple. Just use soap and water to clean lucite, and brass polisher for any unlacquered brass fittings.

We recommend having our products installed professionally, and are not accountable for damage resulting from improper installation.
