Our hand-crafted, custom-built products are designed and assembled in our Brooklyn workshop. 

Lead times vary depending on products and quantities, but we always strive to get orders shipped to you as quickly as possible.

Interior designers and architects can apply for trade memberships here and receive 15% off orders of $500 or more.

Lead times

We endeavor to process and ship all our orders as efficiently as possible. If there is any delay in the process of working on your order and getting it shipped, we will be sure to contact you.

Expedited Orders

For expedited lead times, please contact us here or at sales@luxholdups.com before placing an order and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Depending on your order and preferred timeline, expedited orders may be subject to a rush charge so that we can ensure you have your order on time. 

We strive to process and ship our orders as efficiently as possible without compromising craftsmanship, and communicate lead time changes as necessary.

While it is possible to expedite deliveries in some cases, the buyer may incur a rush fee depending on the requested timeline and materials.

Shipping

We are committed to fabricating and shipping orders as quickly as possible, but lead times will vary depending on each individual purchase order. 

Domestic orders are shipped in partnership with UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on the size, weight, and delivery location of each order.

International Orders

We’re proud to offer global shipping, and international shipping speeds and pricing are dependent on each destination. These orders may incur additional customs fees, taxes, tariffs, and duties depending on the shipment. Product Care

Our lucite products can be cleaned with soap and water

Our unlacquered brass fittings can be cleaned with a brass polisher.

Please be mindful that some of our hardware has living finishes and will naturally patina over time, revealing each piece’s unique and beautiful character.

Warranty

Our warranty covers any defects in workmanship and materials for up to one year from the date of purchase, and will repair and replace any defective products with an identical or equivalent model at our discretion. 

Our warranty does not cover:

Failure due to incorrect installations

Failure to follow mounting processes

Failure to use a product in its intended use case

Metal deterioration caused by exposure to extreme atmospheric conditions

Reasonable wear and tear 

Hand-finished products are expected to patina over time, which enhances each piece’s beauty and unique character. In respect of this process, our finishes are not covered by our warranty.

Returns

We recommend receiving your product before scheduling an installation. 

We will gladly accept returns on unused items or standard orders of $300+. 

Requests must be received within 7 days for domestic orders, or 10 days for international orders.

Returns for all handmade items will incur a 15% restocking fee, which does not include the cost of shipping. 

We are happy to replace faulty or defective items.

Installations

We recommend having our products installed professionally, and are not accountable for damage resulting from improper installation. 

Please Note: Please do not schedule your installer to come until you have received your order. We can give you an estimated lead time for your order, but these are no more than estimates and are subject to change.
